Our Story

At The Biokive Consultancy Group, we’re passionate about helping biopharma companies build and maintain reliable vendor/supplier relationships. After 14 years in the biotech and biopharma industries, working directly with or for distributors and manufacturers, we recognized a need for specialized vendor/supplier support for small and mid-sized biopharma companies. These companies often need assistance managing vendor/supplier relationship during operational readiness preparedness, pre-funding, during funding, and post-award stages, all the way into commercialization and future scalability phases. The Biokive Consultancy Group was founded to meet that need by offering services focusing on navigating those vendor/supplier relationship management aspects such as identification, selection, compliance, short or long-term vendor/supplier management, and more with the help of our proprietary Catenate4™ System Methodology.
